sent folder 10: sent.2014-09, open and only one article shown

Hello.

When I press ^ to go to the server buffer, and I press enter on
{nnfolder:archive} (opened), it shows me two entries:
19: sent.2014-08
10: sent.2014-09

When I open one of these "folders" I dont get all the 10 or 19 sent
messages.

Sometimes I get 5, or 3 or sometimes all (only for september not
august), but it seems kind of random.

How do I make emacs show me all the sent messages?

Two different ways:

1. from group buffer, type C-u M-g on the group
2. from within the group, i.e. in the summary buffer, type /o (for "old"
messages)

in both cases, if there are more old messages than some threshold
(500?), it will prompt for how many to show.
